While accessing to the website, you already agreed with all terms and conditions on website. Information on website can be adjusted after a while. The New Gym desires to bring happinesses and enjoyable moments with the best experience to all customers. Here are a few online payment policies you should read as following.
1. Cancellation / Change / Refund policy
Currently, we do not have a cancellation / refund / change membership package information after a successful online payment. We only do refunds in case your transaction has been canceled, but our system does not recognize your booking package, and you do not receive confirmation of successful package placement. Then, please contact us immediately at Hotline: 0888 666 001.
After confirming the information provided by the customer about the failed transaction, We will support to refund as soon as possible depending on types of different banks accounts:
1. ATM card of Vietcombank: refund within 48 working hours.
2. ATM card (outside Vietcombank): refund within 1 working week.
Before you conduct to pay online, we recommend re-validating the package Name, Interval, and Duration of the package.
2.Confirmation email and message
Confirmation email and message After maximum 30 minutes of successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the payment package via the email address you provided.
We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the email address / mobile phone number entered, resulting in our failure to receive a confirmation letter from us. Please double-check this information before making a payment.
If you need support or inquiries, please contact us at email@example.com. Complaint about online payments is only accepted via email. After 60 minutes since the successful payment transaction, if we do not receive any email from you, then all our responsibilities are fulfilled. We will not accept any complaint or grievance after the above period.
We will not support and be charge of refund for any case of sending a confirmation email to your email address but you may not be able to attend the gym for some reason.
A confirmation email can go to your spam mailbox, so please check them out before contacting us.
